NPC Staff

Donald T. Robinson *
Acting Superintendent
Don works closely with the churches in the NPC giving leadership and pastoral care. Don provides general support to the Superintendent, assisting with the ministries of mission, pastoral care, ministerial licensing, congregational support, and executive operations.

Kurt Carlson *
Director of Church Planting
Kurt is responsible for the recruitment, training and support of church planters and consults with new churches.

Krisann Jarvis Foss *
Director of Conference Ministries
Krisann works with NPC congregations in the area of cross cultural ministry and mission, providing leadership and resources to encourage churches in their ministries. These ministries include involvement in community and global ministries of compassion, mercy and justice, addressing biblical and moral issues of poverty, social justice, and racial righteousness. Krisann oversees NPC communication strategies and is the NPC liaison to North Park Theological Seminary.

Cris Back *
Office Administrator
Cris is responsible for general office administration. In addition, she manages our NPC directory and database, coordinates the NPC calendar of events, and the North Pacific Conference News circulation for our bi-monthly newsletter. Cris can provide answers for licensing and credentialing in the Evangelical Covenant Church, answer medical insurance and pension questions for credentialed Covenant clergy, and is a great contact person for events, information and resources available through the conference and the denomination.
